CREATIVE ART

The Arts directorate consists of vibrant ministries in the form of dance, drama, choir, musicians, sound song (praise and worship) and events management. These departments, also known as the front dimension is responsible for the presentation and performance in excellence during special events, corporate gatherings and church services.
Our goal is to teach singers, musicians and other artists who are involved in the creative arts that they need to be established in the house of God before they can be a blessing to the world. We also teach musicians, singers and anyone with the gift of creative arts God’s original purpose was for these gifts to firstly benefit and be used in the kingdom of God and the local church.
The gift of Creative Arts, if used according to God’s original plan can serve as a medium to reach the world. We have a passion to see God’s dream come alive, where Pastors and Levites become the winning team they suppose to be.

PASTORAL CARE

This ministry seeks to provide healing, guidance, sustenance and reconciliation in a Christian way with a spiritual perspective.

Our pastoral care aims to express true empathy in helping people deal with real life challenges such as:

• Drug addiction

• Marital problems

• Difficult parent-child relationships

• Coping with the loss of a loved one, etc...

We do this through our small groups, counseling ministry, new converts classes, clinical care, hospital chaplaincy, pre and post marital counseling and various liturgical and sacramental services.
We also attend to specialized family care through our married couple’s fellowship, men’s ministry, silver eagles (for the elderly), and a health ministry. The purpose of the specialized family care is to address the needs within the family, and empower family members with tools and strategies to overcome their challenges.

YOUTH & YOUNG ADULTS

We aspire to develop our young people in all areas of life such as their:

• Spiritual

• Emotional

• Physical

• Entrepreneurial

• Social needs, etc...

We do this in order to prepare them for leadership in Christian ministry and the broader society. This is done through our Youth and Young Adult Ministry who is responsible to impart Godly principles into the lives of our youth and young adults. This kind of development will enable them to become responsible citizens who will influence and change their communities with a God-inspired value system.

HELP & SERVICES

We are passionate about service excellence and creating a unique experience for people visiting WHM conferences, special events and services.

Ushers
Our ushers focus on creating a kingdom environment where service excellence displays the love and compassion of Christ through serving and helping visitors and members during our services. We have a pool of volunteers who are trained to serve people in excellence and to restore the lost art of excellent customer service.

Parking 
Our parking attendants seek to display the excellence of God in the way we assist visitors and members with parking cars before, during and after the church services. We continuously endeavor to create an experience with a difference for members and visitors during their time spent with us.

Security
Our securities are responsible to create a safe and secure environment, to be visible but not overbearing. Our security department functions as a fully-fledged church ministry and adds value to the principles of accountability and stewardship in the Kingdom of God. This is a much-needed and essential ministry in a 21st century world, where people and institutions do not always take a favorable stance towards the church and the work of God.

Maintenance
We commit ourselves to maintain a high standard of excellence in the maintenance and presentation of the church properties, assets and equipment. We therefore continually raise the standard of excellence to ensure that the house of God and the image of the Church as a public institution are restored through our dedicated building and maintenance program.

EDUCATION& TRAINING

We believe that the church needs to be on the forefront of education and training, and continuous development is an integral part of any growing church that seeks to be relevant in a 21st century context. We pursue a high level of excellence and a culture of life long learning through:

We believe that the church can make a significant impact as an educational institution in the moral regeneration of our society by teaching members of our communities to become responsible citizens. MEDIA

This innovative directorate provides the medium for us to extend Raymond Le Fleur Ministries (RLM) beyond the boundaries of the local church, impacting the lives of individuals and church communities in Cape Town, South Africa and reaching the international community. Through the use of multimedia communication and the production of CD’s and DVD’s, the media ministry is able to share the Word of God ministered in our church services, conferences and itinerant appointments by sending the message of hope all over South Africa and abroad, thus giving hope to the world.

Our media ministry consists of the following departments:

• Multi-Media Production

• Audio & Visual Bookshop

• Web Development

• Graphic Design

The dedicated teams work interdependently to manage a cutting edge 21st century media ministry, presenting RLM products in excellence, using state of the art multimedia equipment. This ministry is rapidly growing and developing into an effective 21st century media ministry, impacting people all around the world with the message of hope.

Human Resource & Administration

Human Resourse Management
The Kingdom of God is all about people. Therefore we believe that World Hope Ministries should be at the forefront of Human Resource Management and development within a ministry context. Our goal is to place the right people in the right ministry departments for the right reasons.

Through the Human Resource Management directorate we encourage active participation by all members through identifying their gifts, skills, passions and making sure that they are strategically placed in ministry. Thus, ensuring that members serve with passion and fulfillment, and maintaining high level of excellence, effectiveness and efficiency.

Administration
We believe that the church needs to lead the way with excellent administrative support services and this directorate provides administrative support to all ministry departments. This contributes to the effective and efficient functioning of the various ministry departments. We understand the importance of documented processes and procedures which are essential for ministry in a 21st century context, and our volunteers are dedicated to utilize their administrative skills to the benefit of the Kingdom of God.
