Who We Are
World Hope Ministries represents an important breakthrough in Christian Ministry in the city of Cape Town, whereby Pastors Ray and Sharon Le Fleur have pursued the vision and kingdom dream of a ministry that brings biblical hope to the world. This breakthrough confirms that God can transform the lives of our people and change a traditional church into a vibrant 21st century ministry. This was achieved through consistent teaching of uncompromising, applicable, contextually relevant, biblical principles and strategies for total life prosperity.
Since the establishment of this new ministry in 1998, we have grown significantly in quantity and quality. Our ministry is based on three important pillars, namely:

Cultivate a strong sense of belonging amongst its members
Our ministry also draws many young people with unique needs, and therefore we create a platform for youth to develop in ministry, pursue their purpose and destiny in God. Through this, we are developing a unique ministry model where young and old people are working together to establish the Kingdom of God. By the grace of God this ministry has been empowered to make a mark that cannot be erased in the City of Cape Town, South Africa and even on an international level. We trust God for major breakthroughs and supernatural increase as we seek to make God’s dream of saving the World a high priority.

Raymond S. Le Fleur is the founder and senior pastor of World Hope Ministries (WHM) in Cape Town, South Africa, a city wide church with a global vision serving members in surrounding communities and the greater Cape Town region. Raymond Le Fleur is committed to bringing the message of hope in Jesus Christ and total life prosperity to people from all walks of life, bringing hope to their world.
With a transformational ministry approach, he took on the challenge to transform a local traditional Pentecostal church into a vibrant 21st century ministry consisting of more than 70 percent young people. He inspires his listeners with Word-based teachings on total life prosperity, family wellness, and divine governmental order in the house of God.
A former lecturer and dean at the Chaldo Bible College, Cape Town, Raymond Le Fleur has a BTh(Hons) degree in Theology. As an anointed teacher and motivational speaker Raymond Le Fleur Ministries (RLM) is known by church leaders and business people all over. The annual leadership conference hosted by Raymond Le Fleur and his wife, Sharon has impacted thousands of Pastors, church leaders, business leaders, and government dignitaries over the past five years.
A much sought after speaker, Raymond Le Fleur is known for his practical, relevant and humorous word based teachings, encouraging thousands to pursue God and total life prosperity. He is always positively influencing and challenging people to live a life sold out for God. Raymond Le Fleur and his wife Sharon have six children and reside in Cape Town, South Africa.

Sharon E. Le Fleur co-pastors World Hope Ministries (WHM) with her husband, Raymond S. Le Fleur. A minister of the Gospel, Sharon is a teacher and conference speaker empowering women and men with her example and influence in ministry.
Sharon’s commitment to helping others is evident through her lifestyle of service and sacrifice. She frequently hosts prayer and Bible Study meetings and other events to empower women to grow and understand their role as a mother, wife and woman in God. Her strong character and influence inspires all that come into contact with her to pursue God and to live a life of victory.
She considers supporting her husband in ministry and raising godly children, as her primary purpose. As a mother of six, she firmly believes that the best way to raise godly children is to be an active role model in demonstrating the love of God.
